All sales are final. We cannot accept returns. Should our butter not meet your expectations, kindly email us at butterbuds@bayoucitybutter.com and we'll do our best to make it right. 

Our butter needs to be refrigerated to maximize it's shelf life and ensure product quality.  Your butter will be delivered  or picked up at an agreed upon time.  We are not responsible for products that are left unrefrigerated after delivery or pickup.
